In the buying contract you will have separate tabs for all of your notifications and tasks that need to be completed…from scheduling home inspections, sending amendments, and scheduling your final walkthrough before closing.

In the selling contract you will have all of the notifications that you need from date of scheduled pictures, date for presenting offers, and a folder to upload all of your offers so that you can easily present the offers to your clients.
You can store any of your PDFs for your contract in your PDF folder to help you and your broker find important documents quickly.

When receiving offers you can manually input or upload the PDF of the contract to keep track of what each buyer is offering…this function also calculates your sellers net profit (before title fees) from the contract information.
There is also a space for other items of interest for all of the extra items you don’t want to forget to tell your client.
